Qian Li is a partner at Merits &Tree and specializes in M&A and private equity investment and financing. With over a decade of dedicated practice in this field, Qian Li has extensive experience in private equity investments and financing, corporate equity structure design and restructuring (including domestic-funded enterprises, joint ventures, and red-chip structures), mergers and acquisitions, and employee equity incentive plans, while also accumulating expertise in corporate compliance and civil and commercial litigation. Qian Li provides legal services to enterprises across all stages, from startup incubation and multi-round private equity financing to restructuring, IPO preparation, and post-acquisition integration. The industries involved mainly include biopharmaceuticals, semiconductors and advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, fintech, new energy, telecommunications, media, and internet technology.
